This week has been a little crazy. During xmas my family gets together and we have Novenas. Novenas are basically a prayer that we do every day for 9 days until the 25th. It's nice to see all the younger kids being part of the traditions, I will definately pass this on to my children some day. Does your family have any traditions around the holidays?

I have to admit, I've been praying to the weather gods to send some cold weather down here in melting hot Miami. I think I really annoyed them because S %& T!!!! It has been  F * &% @ ING COLD. The good part is that I have to wear coats, sweaters, scarves and boots ... ahhh yes ... boots. Hope you enjoy!

Hi everyone, this weekend I went to a beautiful wedding. I love weddings! I ALWAYS cry when I see the bride dance with her dad and just the whole thing makes me teary eyed. So, I took pictures of my dress which I wasn't too happy with, the pictures really don't do this dress justice. The detailing is gorgeous which you can't really appreciate in these pics. Oh well, here they are...hope you enjoy.

This weekend I went to a black and red party, so I didn't wanna wear something too obvious so I decided to add a little white blazer to the mix. I'm really not a full on makeup person but thought that this occassion was great for some red lips....a little daring for me but I think it worked out. On another note, I have become completely obsessed with these pants! A couple of months ago I found out that Esteban Cortazar (which was the designer for Emanuel Ungaro) was making a line for El Exito. For those who do not know, Esteban Cortazar is Colombian and El Exito is the equivalent of a Super Target in Colombia. So, once I saw the lookbook I had to have these pants. So, my wonderful daddy went to Colombia and picked out the pants and two dresses for me!

Este fin de semana fui a una fiesta de negro y rojo, asi que no queria usar algo obvio, asi que decidi anadir una chaqueta blanca. Yo realmente no soy una persona que me pongo mucho maquillaje, pero pense que esta ocasión era ideal para unos labios rojos .... creo que funcionó. En otra nota, me he vuelto completamente obsesionado con estos pantalones! Un par de meses me enteré de que Esteban Cortázar (que fue el diseñador de Emanuel Ungaro) estaba haciendo una línea para El Exito. So I've come to the realization that when I think I have nothing to wear I can just go through my moms closet. I found this comfy grandma-y (I know, this is not really a word) sweater that I loved and I thought of adding a little spice to it with my leopard pumps which I hadn't worn yet. Hope you like!
