Boyfriend Jeans

Hi everyone, not the greatest pictures of my outfit but I wanted to show you my jeans. Boyfriend jeans have become a staple in any comfy girl's wardrobe. Even though you get "droopy butt" its a good thing cause it's comfortable. Anyways, I went to goodwill and got these jeans for $4.00. I got 4 sizes bigger than what I normally wear. I cut the bottom off and with the xacto knife I shaved the knees and some little parts so it can look "worn". I then put them in the dryer to get the cutoff look. $4.00 later, I'm a happy girl!

Hola a todos, no tenga las mejores fotos pero quería mostrarles mis jeans. "Boyfriend jeans" se han convertido en un elemento básico en el armario de cualquier chica cómoda. A pesar de que te dan "nalga caída" esta bien porque es son cómodos. Fui a Goodwill y compre estos jeans por $ 4.00. Compre 4 tallas más grandes de lo que normalmente llevo. Corté la parte de abajo y con el cuchillo Xacto afeité las rodillas y algunas piezas pequeñas para que se vean "desgastados". Despues los puse en la secadora. $4.00 dólares más tarde, soy una chica feliz!

Midi Skirt Trend - Casual Version

I'm having a moment with midi skirts. I wore this skirt for the Societe Perrier Fall Styles and I dressed it up with heels but I can't do heels every day. So here is my casual version for wearing midi skirts.

Statement Pieces

When I put my outfits together I always think of having one statement piece. It can be a top, the shoes, the pants, but not everything at the same time. This top is definitely a statement piece, perfect to wear with colored jeans, leather skirts, leather pants the options are endless...now, I'm thinking I should have bought this in every color!

Cuando estoy pensando en que ponerme, siempre pienso en tener una pieza interesante y diferente. Puede ser unos zapatos, unos pantalones, pero no todo al mismo tiempo. Esta camisa es definitivamente una pieza que llama la atencion, ideal para llevar con pantalones, faldas de cuero, pantalones de cuero bueno las opciones son infinitas ... ahora, estoy pensando que debería haber comprado esto en todos los colores!

Lately, I've been looking alot at the mens/boys section, they always have the perfect simple shirt. A couple of weeks ago everyone was going crazy about the Target and 3.1 Phillip Lim collection and I was one of them. This was one of my buys, this mens camo tshirt which gives my girly side a little edge.

Últimamente he estado mirando mucho la sección de hombre/niños ellos siempre tienen la camisa perfecta y sencilla. Hace un par de semanas todo el mundo se estaba volviendo loco sobre la colaboracion de Target y 3.1 Phillip Lim y yo fui una de ellas. Esta fue una de mis compras, este camiseta de hombre que le da a mi estilo femenino un buen contraste.

Leather Pants > Jeans

After thinking about this for a while now and having a couple of conversations with other bloggers. I have decided to write all my post in English and Spanish. When I started this blog I had posted in both languages and eventually I stopped. So here we go....connecting everyone from different parts of the world to my blog.

On my outfit: To me leather is not considered a trend anymore, it should be a staple in your wardrobe, at least some leather pants are. It's always more interesting than a pair of jeans.

Después de pensar en esto por un tiempo y tener un varias conversaciones con otras blogueras, he decidido de escribir todos mi mensajes en Inglés y Español. Cuando comencé este blog yo había publicado en los dos idiomas pero con el tiempo pare de escribir en Español . Así que aquí vamos .... conectando gente de diferentes partes del mundo a mi blog.

De mi look: Para mi cuero ya no es algo "en moda", debe ser un elemento básico en tu vestuario. Unos pantalones de cuero siempre son más interesante que un par de jeans.

Ladies Who Care Brunch

Last Sunday, I was invited to take part of the Ladies Who Care Brunch @ Shore Club in SOBE. I got an amazing massage at the Spa and then had Brunch with some wonderful ladies.

So here are the details, all through October if you go and have brunch at the Terrazza at Shore Club on Sundays, 10% will be donated to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. So make it a girls day brunch and relax in this beautiful hotel with unlimited Mimosas, Bellinis and Bloody Marys AND it's all for a good cause. Plus, if you're looking for a party the Pool Party's on Sunday's are the place to be.

Fashion 4 A Cause Project

I was so happy to be part of the Fashion for a Cause Campaign for the second time. 30 plus South Florida Fashion and Beauty Bloggers have all joined to raise funds for Breast Cancer and were photographed at the Sagamore, Art Hotel over a 2 day period by photographer Alexander Tamargo/@ALTAimages.

This year we were able to get more creative and along with picking our own pink prop, I chose a pink bike with white hydrangeas, we were able to team up with Miami brand Peace Love World to model their breast cancer collection which donates a proceed of sales to raising funds for breast cancer. Interesting in buying some of the products the bloggers wore go here.

The Fashion for a Cause Campaign photos will be on display at Bloomingdales in Aventura Mall and The Falls Shopping Center till the end of the month where you can also buy Peace Love World.

Come out on October 17 from 6 to 9PM for Fashion for a Cause Campaign called Bloomies and Bloggers event where real runway models and bloggers will hit the catwalk in Peace Love World and the department store's Fall collections. Follow our FB page to get more 411.

Fall Midi Skirt Trend

Big fall trend is the "Hitchcock Heroine" look, very classy 1950's inspired, cinched waist and ladylike pieces. One way I'm interpreting that trend is with the midi skirt. This one cost me $23.00 @ Asos. Yup, $23.00.
